I would recommend the A&O Köln Neumarkt hostel for accommodation during Gamescom in Cologne. It is centrally located, making it convenient for accessing the event venue and exploring the city. The hostel offers affordable and comfortable rooms, as well as a bar and lounge area for socializing with other gamers. Additionally, it is well-connected to public transportation, making it easy to travel to and from the Gamescom venue. **

The choice between all-inclusive, bed and breakfast, and half board depends on your travel preferences and budget. If you prefer the convenience of having all meals and drinks included in the price, then an all-inclusive option would be the best choice. However, if you prefer to explore local restaurants and cuisine, then a bed and breakfast or half board option would be more suitable. Additionally, if you plan to spend most of your time outside the hotel and want more flexibility in your dining options, then a bed and breakfast or half board option would be more appropriate. Ultimately, the decision should be based on your personal preferences and travel style. **
